Carrot cake mix
good quality cake mix - just add water and oil
- lovely, lightly spiced flavour and moist texture - contains real carrot
- enough mix in one small bag to make 1 cake (approx 2lb tin), 12-15 slice traybake, 12 large muffins or 24 standard cupcakes
- BBE normally at least 2-3 months
- instructions printed on bag for baking by hand and in a bread machine
- ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, whole dried egg, rapeseed oil, dextrose, dried carrot (4%), maltodextrin, cellulose fibre, whey powder (milk), raising agents E450 & E500, emulsifier E475, spices, flavourings, salt
- considered suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans
- allergy advice: contains egg, milk and wheat
