Every order is packed fresh on the day of dispatch. We do not pre-bag stock or hold packed products in storage, ensuring your snacks arrive at their best.

Q: When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, and next-day delivery is available at checkout.

Q: Is delivery free?

Yes. We offer free tracked delivery on all orders over £30. A standard delivery charge applies to orders below this threshold, calculated at checkout.

Q: What if I'm not happy with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If any item arrives below the standard you expect, please contact our UK-based customer service team and we will resolve the issue promptly, whether by replacement or refund.

Yes. Full ingredient and allergen information is displayed on every product page and printed on each product label, with allergens highlighted in bold. Please note that our products are packed in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts.

Q: Where are your snacks sourced from?

We source from trusted producers in the world's best growing regions — including Turkish apricots and Turkish delight, Greek olives, and premium nuts — and all products are roasted and packed by hand at our UK facility.

Q: Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

A large part of our range is naturally vegan, including plain nuts, dried fruits and olives. Some products contain honey, dairy or other animal-derived ingredients; suitability is clearly stated on each product page.

Q: Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. No pricing information is included in the parcel, and our gift trays and Best Sellers Box are ideal for the purpose.
