This vegan cake mix is made without the addition of egg or dairy products and produces a moist cake with a light crumb texture. Perfect for vegan cakes, vegan cupcakes and vegan muffins
Mix 1kg of vegan cake mix with 450g of water and 300g of vegetable oil for 3 – 4 minutes at a medium speed. Fill tins with the batter and press the surface down 1cm with an oiled scraper. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes then open the damper and bake for a further 30 minutes.
