• this cake is delicious on its own, or makes a perfect base for all kinds of pastries and cakes.
• for 250g of cake mix, you will also need 200g of eggs and 25ml of water (plus 499g of sugarpaste if you choose to ice it!)
  
• can be flavoured with concentrate
  
• can be coloured by good quality oil based icing / food clourings
• BBE at least 3-4 months – often longer
