Just add water to this complete chocolate cookie mix to make delicious soft, chewy, American-style, chocolate cookies. With the mix designed to hold up to 20% inclusions you can easily add an extra chocolate taste and texture with chocolate chunks if desired.
These are the perfect alternative to frozen cookie pucks as both the dough and the baked cookies are freeze/thaw stable.
To prepare, place 1kg of chocolate cookie mix and any inclusions in the bowl of a machine mixer with the paddle attachment. Add 120g of water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed. Form into cookie pucks on a baking tray and bake for 14 – 16 minutes at 170 degrees.
