This chocolate muffin mix is perfect for making soft, extra moist muffins with a rich cocoa taste. Specially formulated to hold inclusions evenly, you can easily add an extra chocolate hit and texture by including chocolate chunks.
To make, put 1kg of Extra Moist Chocolate Muffin Mix, 500g of water and 300g of vegetable oil in a mixer and mix slowly for 1 minute then at medium speed for 3 – 4 minutes. Scoop into a muffin tray or cases and bake at 190 – 200 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.
