Cupcake mix
- create the perfect moist, even cupcakes with this mix from Fun Cakes.
- for approx 545g of cake mix, you will also need 273g of egg and 273g of unsalted butter (plus 499g of sugarpaste if you choose to ice it!)

* instructions from FunCakes:
1. Ingredients need to be at room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
3. Put the mix, eggs and butter in a bowl. For 20-24 cupcakes: use 500g mix, 250g (cream) butter and 5 eggs (250g).
4. Put a (flat) beater on your mixer.
5. Mix at low speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter.
6. Line a muffin pan with paper baking cups
7. Fill the baking cups half with batter.
8. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for approx. 18-20 minutes.
9. Release the cupcakes from the baking pan immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
“Tip! Going for mini cupcakes? With 500 g Mix for Cupcakes you can make approx. 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for approx. 12-15 minutes. Or do you prefer a loaf cake (25 cm)? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (convection oven) for approx. 60-70 minutes.”
