good quality cake mix – just add water and oil
- lovely, lightly spiced flavour and moist texture – contains real carrot
- enough mix in one small bag to make 1 cake (approx 2lb tin), 12-15 slice traybake, 12 large muffins or 24 standard cupcakes
- BBE normally at least 2-3 months
- instructions printed on bag for baking by hand and in a bread machine
